Your home postcode and address are used only inside your browser to match records and fill in your documents. We don't send them to our server or store them. You can clear them from your device at any time on the check page.

Names you search are passed to the Companies House API to look up public records. We don't keep a copy of your search.

If you buy: Stripe processes your payment. We keep your email address, purchase reference and reminder dates so we can send your reminders (lawful basis: contract). We delete them 30 days after your 12-month reminder period ends, or sooner if you ask.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider (reminders).
