Who we are. Off The Register is provided by Lynch 369 Ltd (company no. 17522352), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

What you get. A free check of the public Companies House register. If you buy the kit for £35, you also get downloadable guidance, a filled-in SR01 data sheet, letter templates, a checklist and up to 12 months of reminder emails from the date you buy.

Price and VAT. Lynch 369 Ltd isn't VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If we register, the price will include VAT, so it won't go up because of it.

Not legal advice. The kit is general guidance based on GOV.UK information, with the date we last checked it shown. Rules and fees can change. You decide which documents to apply for and check them before you pay any government fee.

You act yourself. We never file, send, sign or pay anything for you. Government fees (for example £34 per SR01 document) are paid by you to Companies House and aren't part of our price.

Honesty. Don't make false statements to Companies House or anyone else. Doing so can be an offence.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid us.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
