Refunds and cancellation

The kit is digital content. You normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you ask for instant access and agree that you lose the right to cancel once you start using the kit. If you haven't opened your kit yet, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

If the kit is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Government fees paid to Companies House are between you and Companies House. We can't refund them.
